I'm Malaysian working in Singapore for about 6 years and got my Singapore Permanent Residence (SPR) for more than 5 years. I just renewed my re-entry permit for another 5 years. I have 2 new property in Malaysia which still under construction. I also bought few insurance policies in Malaysia.

May I seek your professional legal advise for my query below?

I'm planning to apply for Singapore citizenship. What should I do for my property, insurance, bank account,  bank housing loan in Malaysia? Who should I inform after converted?

Thanks for your advise in advance!
