tq vey much @notalawyer & @jeff005.
Cuba buat bayaran sikit demi sikit untuk selasai hutang ini.

This is bad advice as it may reset the Limitation period.
Jangan ikut nasihat di atas.

what should I do? saya memang boleh byar secara ansuran shj akhir bulan ni.

Jangan hiraukan pengutip hutang.

It is just calls from their Bill Collectors.
Bar their numbers.
They will not go to your house.

Nego with Aeon HQ for an affordable repayment schedule.

If they will not come to my house, why need to nego with Aeon?

Is it now the Malaysian culture not to pay for what was purchased?

Then, I would not be surprised that those Bill Collectors would send....

1.  Ladies in bikinis to wait outside your office to collect. Shout at them and you will get a sexual harassment charge from the police.

2.  Send bikinis ladies with your finace name on a placard outside your house, office, children's school.

3.  And...    (I better not teach them how to carry out legal intimidation, stalking. verbal abuses. No need to splash red paint).

Owing and not making an effort to repay is one issue.
Owing and have repaid any dues is the way of simple life.

There is no doubt I have owe many people in many kinds for the past 60 years.
There is no doubt many more people have owe me in many many more ways.
So long as I do NOT  cheat, slander or harm others, I live with a clear conscience.

saya nak bertanya. saya ni tiada kaitan pon dgn hutang berhutang ni, tp, yg berhutang tu abg saya. saya tak pasti la sama ada dia dah bayar ke belum, tp, peguam asyik call rumah ni, minta bayar apa semua. and the worse part is, dia siap ugut supaya kami bayar hutang ni asap or dia sita rumah kami. dan, untuk pengetahuan, ini rumah saya, bukan rumah abang saya. boleh ke? boleh ke ini berlaku or ianya scam semata?
