Where do i refer for the latest proceeding in filing a civil lawsuit in Malaysia? *MC, SC, HC, COA, FC*
What are the documents needed? Can it be found online?

I did, but somehow all the proceedings varies each other. So are there any other method instead of google-ing?

All filings to initiate a civil suit is in bahasa in Malaysian courts.

Try to use the Mahkamah Malaysia e-Filing system:
http://efiling.kehakiman.gov.my/eFiling/

You can search case files and schedules by case number or date, category, group and court's venue. However, not all venues are available for online search.

MC = Magistrates Court
SC = Sessions Court
HC = High Court
COA = Court of Appeal
FC = Federal Court
