I'm a Bangladeshi.

I came to Malaysia in 2013 and I got a Professional Visa for 2 years by a foreign company in Malaysia, but I didn't work with that company. I work with another company.

After 2 years later, I came back to this company owner for my visa renew. They said they would renew my visa but I have to pay them RM12k for visa renew and my income taxes. I paid them and they took my passport. After 2 months, they returned back my passport with my new visa for 2 years but they didn't give me any card like (i-Pass), but they took 2 SP (Special Pass) for me for that they also charged me RM1,400.

When I got my visa few months later, I tried to check online my visa status but there was nothing shown under my name so I went to that company and asked why I couldn't see anything in immigration online but nobody in that office.  All I saw were new people in that office so I asked them where was the existing company office they said they all runway. Then I tried to contact the company owner but I failed. Then I asked one of my friend who works in immigration. She said her husband works in Putrajaya Immigration office therefore she checked my visa status with her husband. Her husband said my name under the blacklist and my current visa was not issue by the immigration office. He said it was fake. I asked her for the reason and she advised me to go to the Putrajaya Immigration office, clear blacklist department and ask them why my name under the blacklist.

I went to the Putrajaya Immigration office and talked with one officer. He said my company made a complain against me last month but I told him my company owner and other people all runway from Malaysia, so how they made complain against me and why when I already paid them all charges and they also gave me a visa which I showed the officer but the officer said that my visa was not original. He advised me that if I want to clear my blacklist I have to bring a company letter but how could I bring the company letter. I also don't know the local owner.
Now, I am staying in Malaysia with a fake visa last 1 year. I also opened a company in Malaysia and now I want to apply for visa under my own company.

But my question is can I apply for Director Visa under my company to stay in Malaysia?

You have broken regulation of your foreign employment visa by working with other companies. So you should have no qualms.

There is no provision as Director Visa? Go to Jabatan Immigration Malaysia (JIM) and check properly.

From what you have described, you have been given a big runaround. Your blacklist is one of the worst that could happened. Fake Employment Visa. Your passport has been spoilt by that fake sticker. Change to new passport or else in Thailand, you could be jailed even for forgeries that happened in other countries if you try to enter. Not jail, but Military Detention Camps which shows no compassion.

Yesterday, I went back my home country from Malaysia with the letter special pass I took from Immigration Malaysia. Because I overstayed for 4 days that's why I went to Putrayaja and got this letter to go back Vietnam. I already paid them only RM100 and they let me go back on 23 June. But I am very worry, I didn't know if I am blacklisted or not. Can you guys help me check it? I can let you see the stamp inside my passport if you want to see.
