Previously I have made full settlement for my outstanding loans at Aeon Jusco Bukit Tinggi counter via cash. I was advised by the staff there that the system was down and to just proceed make the payment first and asked me to come back within the next three (3) days to collect my payment receipt. Unfortunately, I did not come back for the payment receipts as I felt it was unnecessary to obtain the receipt. My only concern during that time was to have fully settle my outstanding debt and I was quite busy with work to just come by to merely collect the payment receipt.

I was under the impression that the debt was fully settled. However, I received several calls from an outsource collector company querying me on the repayment plans for this. I have tried to get further clarification from both the collector and Aeon Customer Service to obtain further details on this matter, however they denied me to provide any information to me due to security purposes. I believe that some of the verification question asked was how much was the price of the notebook purchased which I have completely forgotten on the exact amount. I had given them my identity card number, but they are still unable to provide me with any clarified information on the outstanding amount that I need to pay.

I massively followed  up with them about almost four month till then ive received a call from one officer ask me to paid full amout where is the principal 1.4k and the interest is 3k+.
im urged them to justified the interest where the refuse to do so.

Pls advise me what i should to do and go for refer this matter since Aeon being silence about this?

You mean when you made the payment you don't have to fill up the std form (eg. cash deposit form..etc)? If system is down at least you would have the manual stamping reciept.

Go back to the counter. If they deny, ask them to rewind the cctv lah.
