There is one cases that i planned to put inside my assignment and there is one law involved that i heard in the session court( section 51a). I tried to search for the information relevant and i found that it is listed under massachusetts general law (M.G.L). "Intent to rape"??

Rape child by female perpetrator?

paedophile?

"intent to" means no penetration, so no rape charge

how to prove? video? Fellow witnesses? even a oral recording of "we are going to rape you" is useless as have to prove that actual person had done it. What if it is anal penetration? Using finger or broomstick?

What did session court( section 51a) says??

Very imaginative topic..
