Hi ,

I  live in a condo villa in Damansara. There are total 6 units in 1 block. My unit is at the highest floor 3rd floor. There is a big water pump being installed in the middle of the corridor between me and my neighbor house. After I moved to this house since year 2014 I have complain to the resident manager about the Water pump on the ceiling is starting to vibrate and noisy. The vibration can be heard through my bedroom wall. The resident manager have ask the pump contractor to put on the rubber to minimize the noise. But after 6 months the noise keep coming back and I hardly fall asleep and it is quite annoying. The condo management cant have much solution to the noise and they are reluctant to change the water pump and also refusing to relocate the water pump to be further away. It has been 2 years plus I am suffering and complaining for them to fix it but nothing seem helps. Do you think any legal action that I can go through to this ? And what is the chances that I can have legal ordering to instruct the condo management to change the water pump? Kindly help and advice. thanks.

The water pump was already there before you moved in.
Why did you decide to move in when you saw a pump there?
