According to the labor law(M'sia) that, employee can hold employer salary as much as 7 Days after the month.
based on the HR Portal of the particular company, it was stated promised salary will be released on 30th , where the month has 31 days. So for the hold salary, when can the employee hold till? 6th / 7th?
As per contract, certain equipment in the company was being charged , as employer have paid for the deposit. If employee was being discharged/dismissed, is it illegal for employee that did not return the deposits.
