Resign during Probationary Period

Hi,

Sy baru start bekerja pada September 2016. And sy still under probationary period sampai November 2016.

Dalam agreement sy under termination Subject, is it written this statement:

"During the probationary period, Employee can terminate this agreement any time in case Employee wish so. The Employer reserves the same right.

In the event of employee resigning before the expiration of the agreement, he/she must provide the Employer with three(3) months notice of intent. Or should pay the salary equal to three(3) months salary."

Boleh tak someone explain this statement in my agreement contract if I wish nak terminatecontract in sy masa probationary period?

Semasa tempoh percubaan, si pekerja, jika ia mahu, boleh menamatkan perjanjian ini pada bila bila masa. Pihak majikan juga berhak kepada perkara yang sama.

Yup. Cuma sy nak kepastian, kalau nak tamatkan, kena bg notis berapa lama ya? Adakah 3 bulan tu? Atau 1 minggu ja?

Dalam tempoh percubaan notis perletakan jawatan adalah pada bila bila masa.
( kebiasan sebagai budi pekerti yang baik adalah 24jam)

Setelah di sahkan (confirmed) dalam jawatan notis perletakan jawatan adalah 3 bulan atau pembayaran 3 bulan gaji.
