oversea properties to sell and bring money to malaysia

I need your advice. We have grandparents property in india and its in the process of selling. Once sold, is it possible transfer the money to my malaysian bank account. how do i do that? is there any restrictions that i cant transfer the lumsum from india to malaysia? pls advise.thank you

Use the following to transfer in small batches to diff names
Western union
MoneyGram
MoneyXpress

U have to check with originating place of transfers and their min req there.
Note
Do not transfer daily.
Can trigger an investigation by BNM HERE.
From india should be easier.
Transfer of monies from Malaysia to Thailand is tedious.
The money changer have to use my id to open a transfer ac even for rm2k.
Scared I send money to isis in Thailand.

Note.. the recipient here collects cash. Do not transfer into bank acs.
Study the transfer mechanism and benefits from it.
The bank charges and exchange rate is easily 6pc higher.

Yes, u are right mr.jeff. i just doing some study.
Anyhow, last year,  i manage to open bank acct over there. I will put there first and bring down here slowly with min amount until i find the best way.
