Recently I have signed sales n purchase agreement with property developer 's lawyer, the lawyer asked me to sign a few concern letters like (1) allow developer to change the common area of the property without to ask prior concern from me ( purchaser) during construction (2) to appoint this lawyer to perform MOT once property strata title ready and etc. After signed the letters, my fren told me I have the rights not to sign these letters. My questions : can I write a letter to lawyer to void all these signed concern letters?

If you signed a S&P agreement, can it be voided by a letter to lawyer?
If you signed a loan agreement, can it be voided by a letter to lawyer?
