I am working in a US Staffing company as Sr Technical Recruiter and i have got the Warning letter from the company two months back for the misconduct with the seniors and office colleagues. i have not responded on that email yet because i have not done anything so i am completely disagree with the allegations. Now HR Department is forcing me to acknowledge/accept the allegations with the written apology which i do not want. I have also the fear of loosing the job. kindly suggest the step so that i can respond on that warning letter.
