I'm talking to a guy online who says he is going to send me some items. A few days later he sent me an airway bill for the items. I tried using the tracking number on the bill but got no results. A couple days after I received an email from the courier, Sky Express Diplomatic Courier, that the items have reached Atlanta (coming from Malaysia) and that I need to pay US$300 before it can be delivered to me in Jamaica. When I asked how to make payments I was told to pay at Moneygram and was given a lady's name and address to send it to. The tracking number on the airway bill is 66060668055. I am really skeptic and don't want to be scammed. The friend has tried to reassure me that it is not.

The moment you make your post here, you knew you are being scammed. You wish to possess those items so badly that you are hoping to receive replies that are able to convince you that the parcel is genuine. You are not willing to believe you will be a victim until being cheated. Come on... be realistic!

He is your friend? Wake up! The person you met is a scammer. You are simply being scammed. They are a syndicate and will find all sorts of ways to convince you to part with your hard earned money. You are too greedy and an easy target -- believing all the great gifts in it and his sweet talks and promises. There is no parcel being sent by this guy. He is simply scamming you.
