I had an unregistered online business, as I am underage and selling reject, branded bags. The customer deal with me through Paypal in which later I realised the Terms and Conditions (T&C) is biased and only 100% protects the buyer.
The deal was RM1,100 then, the buyer requested for refund AND PAYPAL APPROVED!!! So now my balance in Paypal is -RM1,100.
I lose the items and I was asked to pay the money. I lose item and money!
I'm planning to not pay this to Paypal and just close the bank account linked to Paypal. I did some homework for countries where Paypal based on (U.S and U.K) and most of them said they will not be able to do anything but they will only send the case to debt collector.
So my questions now are:
1. Can this Paypal, a service provider sue me or they can only harass me through the debt collector?
2. My date of birth is 03 December 1998, in which now (3 Sept 2016) I am not 18 yet. Can they sue me or can the debt collector bring this case to court?

Blacklisting you in CTOS is good enough until you have repaid the full amount plus the interests indicated on the contract with you.
