Hi, our company (F&B company-food handling) plan to dismiss a general worker on medical ground. He contracted TB and was given 2 weeks medical leave. Since we are mainly in food handling business and his colleague are now paranoid. The bosses also scared that others would get infected when he is cleared to start working again because such illness could relapse. Would the disease be a good ground to dismiss the worker?
