Hi,
Say I owe Bank A credit card and have not been paying for 2 years, now can I open a savings account with Bank A for salary crediting purpose? (The employer insists that it has to be Bank A)
If yes, will they 'confiscate' my salary every month?

A side question, can an company 'force' the employee to use a particular bank for salary crediting purpose?

Thanks a lot!

Regarding no 2, if the employer 'insists' what should I do or say?

Compaies is always reluctant to allow other bank than the bank they use to avoid extra job.
You just say the truth ..that currently you have some debt you are not ready to pay yet.
