Hello there

I bought a commercial retail in Melaka last 4 years, the developer suppose to deliver vacant possession within 3 years upon S&P but they delayed vacant possession 18 months more.

My questions:
1. Understood commercial unit is not subject to Tribunal Housing juridistion, if I want to pursue late delivery claim againts the developer, how do I proceed?
2. Subsequently because of late delivery, the developer also back charge me on fraction of GST cost incurred. I refuse to pay. They threathen to deduct my rental for GST cost and whatever additional bank interest cost due to late delivery.

Any lawyer willing to assists me? We can discuss about the service fees later

Thanks
