I am from Penang. My life is so disturbed since the last few years cause I am being treated as a drug suspect (I guest) since the last few years. Every body keeps monitoring me with their phone no matter where I am. I have no freedom and my life is really disturbed.

For your information, I selling items online, part-time, at home like body cream, face cream, serum and also some cosmetic kits. Most of the items, I need to pack for shipping and some item like serum which I even made by myself at home using cosmetic ingredients. I sell all item online and for export only. I don't sell locally because cosmetic items need approval from the Health Ministry of Malaysia (Malay: Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia).

I didn't do anything against law and I am not a drug related person. Please tell me what should I do. Thanks!

Get Health Ministry of Malaysia's approval for your cosmetic products lest you be suspected as processing illegal drugs.

Thanks for the answer. But the Health Ministry's approval is needed only for selling items locally. My items are for export only. Further, I might replace all my cosmetic items with other products. But this will take some times because I still need to finish all the stocks.

The problem is the public is now judging me as a criminal. What should I do? I always hope I can get the proof of their communication about me (Whatapps / Wechat / FB ) so I can solve this issue.

I didn't touch drug and I even quit smoking for more than 10 years. There must be a mastermind behind this game playing such a big joke on me.

I have few question here and hope someone can provide the right answers.

1. Can they enter my house for inspection if no one at home?

2. If I am not at home but my mom is, should they wait until I come back for inspection?

3. Is it that they must show a warrant if they want to enter my house for inspection? Can they do the inspection without a warrant?

4. Can I get a copy of the warrant from them so I can file a lawsuit against them on this issue? Can I take pictures of the officers and also their vehicle as proof for lawsuit?

Many thanks.
