not pay house installment till bank auctions

i have some financial problem till can't afford to pay housing loan install about 2k/mth for 7mths (total around 15k).
today received lawyer send a letter demand to pay 450k or house will be auction next month end.
so how should i do now?
1) how to stop the auction?
2) can i contact bank/lawyer say i'm willing to settle the outstanding and start pay installment every month again?

the letter:
Sila ambil perhatian bahawa saman pemula dalam kes ini telah ditetapkan untuk perbicaraan pada ............
Tuan/Puan adalah dikendaki hadir di mahkamah pada tarikh dan masa yang dinyatakan dalam perenggan 1 di atas dan jika tuan/puan gagal hadir suatu preintah akan diberikan oleh pihak Mahkamah untuk melelong jarta kepunyaaan tuan/puan yang dicagarkan kepada anakguam kami secara Lelong Awam.

1) how to stop the auction? 
Unless you offer a big amount, difficult for bank to accept. its the norm.

2) can i contact bank/lawyer say i'm willing to settle the outstanding and start pay installment every month again? 
Yes, you can always  try, most likely you be declined, but you can try again with the PKP during the perbicaraan at the mahkamah.

Don't failed to turn up for the perbicaraan.

tq for your advise.

i also just apply AKPK, the officer said can't help me restructure housing loan, only credit card & personal loan can be done by them.
then i can show to banker that after i apply AKPK, i have more cashflow so can settle installment on time again. but how much chance will banker accept this point?

i saw other forum people talking about the book "how to represent yourself in court to fight banks". will this book help my case?
i can't buy the book in MPH online anymore, anyone know where can buy it? or sell me a copy?

You mean to say, after you consult AKPK, you now can better manage your finance and can pay installment on time again? ..and expect the bank to accept this and withdraw the saman?

o% chance.

Proposed an amount (8 mths + interest + lawyer fees) to the bank and see what they say...

"how to represent yourself in court to fight banks". will this book help my case? 
It will not help you pay your dues to  the bank 

..it guides you on what to expect and preparation for a court case.

Does your house have a title and is your name on the title?
If your house has a title, the Order for Sale ( Perintah Jualan ) cannot be issued by the High Court unless you have personally received ( and signed receipt ) an official Notice Document.

If you think you need a few more weeks to come up with RM 450K, it may be a good idea to hide from the bank for a while to delay the auction.

yes have tittle with my wife n my name.

problem is i can't find RM450k :(  only can continue the installment payment.
previous months was helping my friend but he can't return $ to me now. he stopped return by directly bank into the housing loan account till i received this lawyer letter.

so when i write letter to negotiate with banker, should i forward a copy to banker's lawyer?
