I'm a foreigner employed by a Malaysian company on a 2-year contract. I know that Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is not compulsory for foreigners, but it is stated in my contract that the company will contribute to EPF and it was agreed by the Human Resources (HR) that they will contribute.
However, they did not and the answer I got from the HR is because I'm a foreigner. Is there anything I can do about it?

The best place for you to get an answer to this is to go to the nearest EPF office by bringing your employment contract.
