Hi All need a little advice here,

I had a vehicle under my name and intended to sell. I approached a guy to help on the selling process. If I execute a contract between me and him stating that he is allowed to sell the car within 1-2 years and the car will be in his possession. If in this 2 years, anything happened in the car such as any illegal activity and accident will I be liable on the case? Or will this contract able to protect me as the owner of the vehicle since the vehicle is not in my possession.
Thanks all for the advice. Very much appreciated.
