This is a matter of appeal from the Sessions court to the High court
I have filed a notice of appeal within the 14 day period at the Sessions court, copy to the High Court and and serve a copy on the respondent solicitors.
I only received the endorsed copy after 25 days form the sessions court, which i served on the respondent solicitors.
Can the respondent solicitor raise an objection to my notice of appeal.
if so how can i circumnavigate this objection.
urgently need your attention
