Hello

I'm planning to start being an online affiliate marketer. I want to clarify three things. The two things are these:

1. Are my earnings as an online affiliate marketer taxable?

2. Does being an online affiliate marketer require me to sign up as an official business?

3. If the answer to 2 is yes, can I delay signing up until I get comfortable (3 months or so) without any negative consequences?

I've done my research and I couldn't find any information on this topic. If this is a duplicate question, please forgive my mistake.

Thank you for taking the time to answer the question! I really appreciate you taking the time to answer.

Any earnings banked into your account is taxable

2. 2. Does being an online affiliate marketer require me to sign up as an official business?
Self employment can be be converted into official business once it gets too big and when you need to buy assets.
