Majikan tidak mempedulikan surat perletakan jawatan

Apakah langkah seterusnya apabila surat perletakan jawatan ( 1 month notice ) tidak dipedulikan oleh majikan? (Di koyak di hadapan pekerja terbabit)

This is not a normal type of Employer-Employee working environment.

Use email (if any)
Otherwise file a report to the Labour Dept and just leave peacefully at the end of the month.
During this 1 month, do not be late for work and not take unauthorized leave.
You will get paid for the 1 month work if a report has been lodged (with no action taken)
with the Labour Dept.

Is your employment contract says 1 month or more for notice of termination?

I know, but everyone seems too afraid of the Employer. Biasalah, "Bos is always right".

its said 4 weeks notice, and it does not state i need to give more notice even if i`ve work more than 2 years.
