Akaun simpanan dibekukan untuk sementara. Bank setuju buka sekatan akaun tapi sampai sekarang belum lagi. Apa patut saya buat?

Akaun simpanan saya telah dibekukan untuk sementara kerana masalah pembayaran kad kredit (dari bank yang sama). Jadi, bila gaji masuk, akaun bank akan jadi negative. Saya sudah panggil bank dan telah bersetuju untuk bank menolak jumlah tunggakkan kad kredit dan account akan di unfreeze. Bank cakap akan ambil masa maximum 3 hari untuk unfreeze account. Masalahnya, hari ini dah masuk hari kelima dan account masih dibekukan. Tiap-tiap hari saya call, dan jawapan dari mereka sama sahaja 'kami akan buat secepat mungkin'. Tapi sampai sekarang belum lagi dan bank seolah-olah sengaja melambat-lambat kan proses. Adakah patut saya buat complaint kepada pihak atasan bank?

Tapi sampai sekarang belum lagi dan bank seolah-olah sengaja melambat-lambat kan proses. Adakah patut saya buat complaint kepada pihak atasan bank?

Bank ini MBB kan?
Dirikan khemah di bank dan tidur disana sampai akaun diaktifkan kembali.

The fastest way to get a proper reply is to write in officially to the Complaint Unit of the bank and cc to your bank. Include the names of the officers or staff you have spoken to, date and time, details of discussion, etc.

Get the address of the Complaint Unit of your bank from the following link:
http://www.bnm.gov.my/index.php?ch=231&pg=740&ac=687

If you do not receive a satisfactory reply from them, write to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and cc to the Complaint Unit and your bank. Include a copy of your letter to the Complaint Unit and any relevant documents. This should work... effectively. Banks dread most when a complaint is forwarded to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).
