Need advice urgent home refinancing

I need advice on home refinancing.

On 2012 developer send letter on Strata Title and on the year it self October i have paid all the MOT charges to lawyer firm to proceed.

But in 2015 February i refinance my apartment with another bank.  After signing LO they said that my title still not out yet.  Then i call up the previous lawyers firms and got to know that developer still not yet submit the quit rent to them that time and finally they submit our MOT only on December 2014.

And when i get the title is already in June'15.  And current appointed lawyer will need to submit my title again to Pejabat Daerah due to i do refinancing and there is changes of title as i add in my brother name.  Therefore the process is going on for another 6 months. And the appointed lawyer have been send request letter for extend due to the title.  And the title and letter of consent finally done in February 2016.

Lawyer already send all the document to the bank for reimbursement.  And now the bank said that my case is closed and laywer firm just said wait reply from the bank.

This have been going on Feb till now, and i still patiently waiting and call them every 2 days to check on status.

I have spend RM 13K on MOT charges.  What's app & call the banker not even 1 reply or call back.. Is this services i should get...it is really #### off.

Now i hanging in the middle and don't know what to do.

I hope you all can give a good advice.

Before you complain about bad service, think carefully whether you are the customer or the bank is the customer.
The bank people may refer to you as the "customer" but they actually feel that they are the customer and you are the "supplier" because you need them more than they need you.

You are the one who should give good "service" to the bank by paying your installments on time and by not disturbing the staff unnecessarily.
