Are you from Singapore?

I heard from my friends that only Singapore people will 'kena' this from Malaysia court.

Malaysians never.

There must be at least a court bailiff among the 3.
Why the word "distress warrant", it should be "WSS warrant".

It makes me think that the word, distress is only for someone
in distress and they are there to help you. Just like a
distress call - someone wants to commit suicide.

In this case, a "distress warant" issued to you does not makes sense!
I would agree with firefly that it is a "hoax to scare forumers by the jesus character".
I think the 3 are in distress. Ask them to fly kites or play marbles or balls with jesus.

Ha ha ha.
Police don't get involved with civil cases.
Try to get a bailiff to go to people's house by 9am in the morning and see what happens.
Normal people don't use the word "prejudice".

Go fly kite, bank employee.

hi just-ree,

(1) What is the bank?
(2) Does the warrant state WSS?
(3) Is the house you are staying renting or you own it?

Your debt is only RM5000+. Do you know that there are
people in this forum owing like RM 15,000, RM20,000, RM25,000
and even more, seldom we heard WSS is invoked unless you
have elephant, big TV, expensive computer, helicopter,
elephant tusks, expensive artefacts and so on in your home.

Don't you know the collectors may be using this fake technique
to scare you. Even identity card can be faked. If i go to
your home wearing a police uniform and having ID card, do
you believe I am the police? Even court order can be faked!

You should verify the warrant with the court. Nothing to worry,
just-ree. Just ignore them.

The next time they come to your house, ask to take down all
their names and IC numbers first, Just tell them, you need
to verify with the authorities first. It is your right to
verify if you are not sure whether real or fake. Understand?
No need to be overly emotioned. Check with the court first.

If they want to bring the police, they should have done so in
the beginning. No meaning to come back again because they have
not listed your expensive things and you can always shift all
the expensive out and keep some where. It does not make sense
for them to return. What is the point? If they do that, stupid
isn't it? Are they giving u a chance to hide all your expensive
things. Think about this seriously. It is a FAKE!!!!!!!!

It is even more faked if your home has nothing of value for them
to "lelong" them to recover the debt. If they want, let them take
your underwears, tooth-brush, brooms, plates, spoons and shoes.

thanks lawyer gurusamy.

i really appreciate with your reply.

back to 2006 i went to KL court and in front of the judge i admit of guilty and ready to pay monthly.the legal firm just rushed to somewhere without any negotiation..so i left this matter without any action.

until last monday the 3 stooges came with waran matter..i looked that they dont act like mahkamah representative's character and manner, even 1 of them wore mahkamah tag..

------------------

1. bank islam

2. it was a piece of letter with letterhead from the KL court about "waran" that is difficult for me understand.i hv not seen any WSS word. and from 3 pages document started with big header "PENYITAAN"

3. i rent the house.

any further opinion?thanks.

if it is a fake..i can face them and refer to police.

but if true they can make action like that, i need some good steps to halt them.
