Bankruptcy Notice from the point of issuance :- the lawyer may attempt to serve to you twice and one by way of appointment letter (total 3 times) then they will apply for substituted service which is to stick it at your premises and at the court's notice board and also advertisement in one mainstream newspaper.  Thereafter, they will apply for creditors petition and repeat the same procedures as above.

The whole process is like this :-
i) issuance of Bankruptcy Notice - service - substituted service (if needed) - completion of service = act of bankruptcy then proceed to step (ii);
ii) issuance of creditors petition - service - substituted service (if needed) - Adjudicating Order and Receiving Order (only at this point the Judge adjudge a person bankrupt and his assets/properties to be managed by Insolvency Department)

No. You dont have time. Better solve this as soon as possible even though its not the final stage yet. It will be too late for you to challenge if you wait just sit.
