WoW!
Pitstop once said very people actually win against the banks.
This is the first Credit Card win in this forum.
RM 700 in costs awarded. People seems to be winning left and right.
Congratulations. Have to celebrate.

More info on how he won the case.

Hahahaa.. notalawyer is overwhemed with grief by the demise of the bank's Writ that for the first time he made mistake in his posting..

Bro @ Gladt
What i witness this morning is saddening. No defendants for all the cases other than Ayzek..!!

Case1
Lowyer ask for bkcy judgement.
Puan.. Have you advertised for substituted service
L1.. Yes.. Plantif advertised in Sin Chew and The SUN.
Puan.. I dont accept, advertised again in others like Berita Harian/metro. The Sun is not acceptable. Case postponed to new date.

Case2
Lowyer ask for bkcy judgement.
Puan.. Have you served notice? How many times?
L2. YES.. 3 times
Puan.. Check properly
L2. YES.. 3 times, the last time Defendan refused to accept..
Puan.. Check again, court records show 2 times and how did you know it is the defendan itself who refused to accept? Gave a short rebuke on how there are procedures to be followed properly when someone refused to acknowledge a bkcy notice. What are the dates of services of notices.?
L2. Date 1, Date 2, The 3rd service was on .....
Puan.. 3rd service Not on my records. Give new date and do things properly this time.

Case 3
Ayzek
The Puan repeated all Ayzek spoke on his last attendance, literally from the computer screen. Alamak she is nearly as old as Azyek lo but look very young and refined lady.. Puan really like zek, even "fight" with the Goh&Goon Lowyer for his "costs" and tick off that very young lowyer..!! Let Zek tell his version and we have a good laugh over it..

Case 4
Plantiff Lowyer
Defandant Lowyer
Ask for postponement on the basis of "MOB"..(What's tat?)
Puan.. Both you two have asked for MOB before. How many times do you two want? Oke, 1 last time. Repeat NO MORE. Gave new date and this is FINAL. Both lowyers quickly lari out..!!

Case 5,6,7,8... NO FIGHT. Judgement awarded to plantiff coz no defendant..

My opinion, If defendant turns up, there can be a good and successful fight. If defendant do not turn up NO FIGHT>>!!

Luckily jeff accompanied ayzek to court.
If not, the bank lawyer may have tricked ayzek to "go outside for a discussion".
