Rating: - Absolutely Essential Reading
At this point in the battle between secularism and religion the enemy is again trying the divide and conquer attack.
As this book begins with, and builds upon, it is religion that makes this constitution work. Provided for in the framework of all the founding documents is the essence of religious worship.
Of course, those who do not wish to adhere to one belief or another are free to do so; the government has been prohibited from endorsing any religion. Except nowadays, unconstitutionally, for secularism. And this is where our troubles arise today.
The law of liberty demands personal righteousness from every man. There is a moral code based in natural law that has real consequences when transgressed.
Built upon the principles of natural law, the author has outlined 28 ideas that became part of the constitution.
Much of our liberty has been eroded over the last century, like property rights, redistribution or wealth, and thought crimes.
It is clear that if our founding fathers would be able to see our day, they would grieve.
Many believe that the constitution has outlived its usefulness and needs to evolve. Into what? Has human nature changed, or have we evolved into something higher that no longer need bother with morality and belief?
Now more than ever do we need a strong and vital constitution and W. Cleon Skousen has outlined just what we've diverted from and how to return.

Rating: - Those smart founding fathers
If the founding fathers were so smart, how there are still 40+M Americans without health insurance? And also why does US have the highest poverty-, and infancy death rate of the developed world?
