Who is considered a child of marriage?


A child of marriage is:

  1. a child of both parties who is under the age of eighteen (18) years;

  2. a child of one party to the marriage accepted by the other party;

  3. an illegitimate child; and or

  4. a child legally adopted by either of the parties to the marriage.
