Institut Latihan Kehakiman dan Perundangan (ILKAP) 
Also known as the Judicial and Legal Training Institute in English term. Established on December 23, 1993 as a training institute that offers specialised judicial, legal and law enforcement training. The main objective of Institut Latihan Kehakiman dan Perundangan (ILKAP) is to enhance the knowledge and quality of officers in public services, statutory bodies and local authorities who are engaged in judicial, legal and law enforcement duties.
