Badan Pencegah Rasuah (BPR) Malaysia
Also known as the Anti-Corruption Agency in English term. An agency under the Prime Minister's Department. Started operation on October 1, 1957 as a Department. Prior to that, it was only a small unit under the PM's Department, conducting anti-corruption activities especially organising talks. Investigation of corruption cases were conducted by Special Crime Branch under the Police Department. On July 1, 1973, National Bureau of Investigation Act (Akta Biro Siasatan Negara-BSN) was implemented and Anti-Corruption Agency (Badan Pencegah Rasuah-BPR) was renamed National Bureau of Investigation (BSN). It was renamed Anti-Corruption Agency (BPR) again on May 13, 1982 when the Anti-Corruption Agency Act 1982 (Akta Badan Pencegah Rasuah) was enforced. The Act was repealed by the Anti-Corruption Act in 1997. Sistem Aduan Displin (SAD)
A service launched by the Ministry of Education, Malaysian in 2005. There are hotline, short message service (SMS) and complaint form for parents and students to complain about bullying in schools. Are you victim of bullying in school? Do you wish to complaint about bullying in school? Don't be afraid. Don't run. Don't be nervous. If you are stressed out or unsatisfied with your school, contact SAD. Report student disciplinary misconduct and any forms of bullying activities that you witness.
