TNB Whistle Blowing Information System (WBIS) is an online channel to report misappropriation of funds, abuse of power and corruption by staff and suppliers. Launched on August 14, 2008, WBIS to encourage greater public reporting and transparency on wrongdoings. Complaints through the WBIS will be investigated by the Internal Affairs Department, which is only answerable to the Domestic Inquiry Committee of the Board of Directors. Reports lodged through the WBIS will be processed immediately and consumers' identities will be kept confidential.
