MISA will be opened for 3 months from December 15, 2007 to March 16, 2008. This is the first NASA exhibit in Asia and will cover over 300,000 sq ft of exposition area. There will be 87 exhibits from NASA including the Apollo programme, the Gemini programme and exhibits from German Space Museum. There will be 8 zone exhibits including Galactic Concourse (Gaze upon stars, be surrounded by mysterious interstellar clouds and lose yourself in galaxies found far, far away), History of Space Exploration, Magic Planet (explore the planets of our Solar System), Mars Rover (Join NASA's trailblazing mobile robotic pioneers in exploring the many sides of the Martian landscape), Space Station Interactive (Gain control of the universe),Space Shuttle Flight Deck (Be an astronaut for a day), Blast Zone (Space Shuttle Simulator Theatre) and the first 4D Theatre experience in Malaysia.

An annual event organised by Sarawak Tourism Board since 1998. A unique festival that brings together on the same stage renowned world musicians from all continents and indigenous musicians from the interiors of the mythical island of Borneo. The event consists of afternoon informative workshops, ethno-musical lectures, jamming sessions and mini concerts, followed by evening performances on the main stage. The festival site also set up a variety of food and drink stalls, an arts and crafts area, and a counter for festival memorabilia.
