This system was developed and maintaned with an objective to provide an Internet medium of receiving complaint from the public. This system is made available beginning June 14, 2004. With this system, it is hoped that the public matters with regards to MDT (KPDN) and CA (HEP) will be simplified. Response or feedback normally within 3 weeks. A service by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs, Malaysia (KPDN & HEP). Report traders (public and private) who disregard consumer complaints and practice unethical conduct. Reject being offered to buy counterfeit audio and video CDs, forged software, imitation branded items and accessories. Don't tolerate misleading sales promotions, absence of price tags and receipts that don't tally. If you've been forced to join a get-rich-scheme or informed you have won through SMS or email, don't entertain them and never divulge your personal details. Use your power. Be a smart consumer. Lodge your complaint.

Biro Pengaduan Awam Negeri Sabah (BPANS)
Also known as the Sabah Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) in English. The main objective of the Biro Pengaduan Awam is to assist the public in their grievances with the public machinery and to take remedial action towards redressal of complaints that are justified. Categories of complaints are delays in carrying out official duties, unfair actions or decisions, lack of public utilities or services, inefficiencies of public servants, rules and procedures which are biased or inadequate, abuses of power, misconduct of public servants and failure to enforce regulations/laws. National Consumer Complaints Centre (NCCC)
Also known as the Pusat Khidmat Aduan Pengguna Nasional in Malay term. Officially launched on July 13, 2004. NCCC was initiated jointly by the Education and Research Association for Consumers (ERA Consumers), Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan Consumer Association and the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs. It functions as a one-stop centre to help consumers with their problems and complaints by ensuring that complaints are forwarded to relevant authorities and solutions are obtained while also acting as a go-between consumers and enterprises in settling disputes.
