Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia (JIM) 
Also known as the Department of Insolvency Malaysia in English term. Established in 1949 as the Bankruptcy Office. In 1963, the Office was renamed Jabatan Pemegang Harta Malaysia. On October 1, 2003, the Department was again renamed the Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia (JIM). JIM is a department under the purview of the Bahagian Hal Ehwal Undang-Undang, Jabatan Perdana Menteri (Legal Affairs Division, Prime Minister's Department).
