Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS)
Commonly known as the Sistem Maklumat Pengurusan Sumber Manusia in Malay. Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) is the single system of public sector human resource management in Malaysia. It is an application system that covers all aspects of human resource management from the appointment of civil servants until they retire. Industrial Court of Malaysia (Mahkamah Perusahaan)
An agency under the Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia. Established in 1940. In 1967, the industrial Relations Act 1967 was enacted whereby compulsory arbitration was introduced. Any trade dispute which is not resolve through conciliation may be referred to the Industrial Court for arbitration. The court's functions include hearing and handling down decisions or awards in industrial disputes referred to it by the Minister or directly by the parties and granting cognisance to the collective agreements which have been jointly deposited by the employers or trade union of employers and trade union of employees. If you have a case pending at the Industrial Court, you can check the status online. Through the e-industrial court system, related parties and the general public can access information on hearing and mention dates, awards and status on individual cases online.

Industrial Relations Department Malaysia
Commonly known as the Jabatan Perhubungan Perusahaan Malaysia (JPPM) in Malay term. Previously a Division under the then Department of Labour and Industrial Relations. JPPM was established on December 21, 1972 under the Ministry of Human Resources. The objective of JPPM is to ensure the existence of a positive and harmonious relationship between employers and employees and between their respective trade unions aimed at creating a peaceful and cordial industrial relations climate in Malyasia. Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Sabah (JTK Sabah)
Also known as the Sabah Labour Department in English term. Established in the 1880s as "The Chinese Protectorate" to meet the demand for the importation of immigrant workers from China into the country. It was later renamed "The Protector of Labour". On January 1, 1948, it was known as the Jabatan Buruh dan Imigresen (Labour and Immigration Department). In the beginning of 1954, the Department was renamed Jabatan Buruh dan Kebajikan (Labour and Welfare Department) until 1968 where labour and welfare functions were separated and the Jabatan Buruh (Labour Department) existed on its own. Effective February 2003, Jabatan Buruh Sabah was again renamed Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Sabah (JTK Sabah). A department in Sabah under the Ministry of Human Resource. JTK Sabah is responsible to the Ministry in the administration and enforcement of Labour Laws in Sabah. Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Sarawak (JTK Sarawak)
Also known as the Sarawak Labour Department in English term. Established on July 26, 1960. The department was placed under the Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia after it became an autonomous state of the federation of Malaysia on September 16, 1963. The functions of JTK Sarawak are to legislate labour policy in cooperation with the Ministry; to advise parties concern on labour legislations and labour matters; to enforce the labour laws; and to consider and decide on application for license and labour permit.
