Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) 
Commonly known as Biro Pengaduan Awam (BPA Malaysia) in Malay term. An agency under the Prime Minister's Department. Public complaints are complaints made by the public on their dissatisfaction towards any administrative action (include those made by Government agencies at federal, state and local levels that have been privatised or institutions that have a monopoly and those that provide public amenities) that are considered as unjust, not in accordance with the existing laws and regulations, abuse of power, maladministration and other similar acts by Government agencies. Complaints referred to lawyer or the court will not be taken. You can file your complaint via telephone, email and online form. The Public Complaint Bureau (PCB) official website features complaint definition, complaint handling process, types of complaints, investigation process. You can also check your complaint status online.

Warkah untuk PM means Letter to the PM (Prime Minister). Launched on March 2, 2008 and developed by 7 non-governmental organisations. A two-way communication channel created to allow the people to convey their views and suggestions aims at improving further the country's administrative machinery. Submit feedback on your support, hopes, suggestions and complaints on the performance and promise of the Government and its leadership in ensuring safety, peace and prosperity for the people and country. You can convey your views on any issues - politics, business and economy, social, security, women, senior citizens, youth, welfare, religion or development. Get a direct response from the Prime Minister (PM). 100 people who sent concrete ideas would get a chance to meet the Prime Minister.
