WallSmart! is a Windows program that automatically changes the wallpaper on your computer.
You can schedule it to change the wallpaper at regular time intervals and load wallpaper (JPEG and BMP images) from the folder you select. WallSmart! automatically loads on start-up and sits in the system tray. You can program WallSmart! to ask for your permission before changing the wallpaper.
Version 2.1 features a new menu, a few bug fixes, and added links to sponsor sites.
